Makeup with Aussie Mineral Makeup

Aussie Mineral Makeup grew from the concern that some products we put on our skin are toxic. Our skin is the largest organ of our body, and it absorbs the cosmetics we apply to it. The challenge of producing safe cosmetics inspired Aussie Mineral Makeup to create a gorgeous line of natural, mineral cosmetics that are not only safe to use, but offer a fabulous range of colours.

This summer I decided to create a look that represented true Aussie beauty: warm bronzed skin, captivating eyes, and nude shimmering lips.
1. To begin I used a combination of Medium Beige and Warm Medium Honey Mineral Foundations

2. For the apples of the cheeks I mixed together Mineral Cream Trio No.05 Rose and Mineral Cream Trio No.02 Dusty Rose

3. I then used Mineral Trio No. 05 Apricot to highlight the upper cheek bones and give a glowing appearance

4. For the base eye shadow I blended Mineral Cream Eye-shadow Trio No. 05 Apricot over the entire lid

5. Then, on the lower lid down into the socket area, I added a coating of Mineral Cream Eye-shadow Trio No. 02, using Olive mixed with Dark Plum

6. As eyeliner under the lower lashes I applied a mixture of Trio No. 05 Black and Trio No. 02 Dark Plum

7. Last of all, to give a soft glisten to the lips, I mixed Misty Pink and Clear from the Luscious Mineral Lip-gloss range

The result is a beautiful, sultry, glowing look.
